Transforming Crafts into Income Workshop

The Transforming Crafts into Income Workshop is a 6-week, cohort-model virtual workshop designed specifically for new craft business owners who want to increase their sales and strengthen their presence in the marketplace. The program runs from October 20 through November 24, 2025, meeting on Mondays from 6p-8p.

Participants will gain access to six weeks of engaging, practical instruction led by a certified and accredited small business consultant. In addition to the group sessions, each participant will receive three complimentary one-on-one consulting sessions tailored to their business needs.

The cost of the program is $500. Enrollment includes valuable materials, checklists, and resources that can be used well beyond the workshop.

Participants will explore critical topics for selling at craft shows, including:

• Creating displays that attract and convert customers
• Packaging and labeling that drive sales
• Understanding permits, registration, and compliance requirements
• Exploring various points of sale options
• Building a strong social media presence for your craft business
• Developing accurate and competitive pricing strategies
• Identifying opportunities to sell at craft shows, fairs, markets, and other venues

This workshop is designed to give new craft entrepreneurs the tools, knowledge, and confidence to not only sell more, but to build a sustainable and thriving business.
