Hello and welcome to Spark for Small Businesses! I am Christine M. Caldwell, ASBC!
I have spent more than 20 years as a Human Resources professional , but my true calling has always been entrepreneurship. Over the years, I have started four businesses, each one bringing new lessons, challenges, and achievements that continue to shape the way I guide others today.
Entrepreneurship has always been part of my story, as both my parents were career entrepreneurs. However, crafting was passed to me at an early age. My mother built her small business career as a crafter and passed her talents to me.
When my children were very young, I was fortunate to stay at home to raise them. However, I wanted to still supplement my income by selling at craft fairs, shows, and markets. Those early experiences showed me how meaningful it can be to turn creativity into income and how much heart it takes to build something of your own.

After the pandemic in 2020, I began helping first-time entrepreneurs learn how to start and grow businesses with both confidence and strategy. That passion led me to become a certified and accredited small business consultant. I truly enjoy working with people who want to transform their craft, talent, or idea into something sustainable.
My goal is to bring together encouragement, experience, and practical strategies so that every entrepreneur I work with can build a business that is both successful and lasting.
